Published FAQ policies

The following summarises DMA’s published FAQ. The complete registration terms are reproduced below.

What happens if I miss a lesson?

Notify your instructor of any schedule changes at least 24 hours before your lesson. The first time you do not give this notice, you receive a warning and the lesson is rescheduled. On the second occasion, the missed lesson is counted as completed and deducted from your package, and a $55 fee is payable to the instructor.

What is the refund policy?

DMA’s published FAQ allows refunds up to three business days after the initial package purchase. After that, purchases are final sale, although DMA may issue refunds at its discretion. The registration terms also describe discretionary refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please confirm with DMA before purchasing if you need clarification.

Can I choose a different DriveTest centre?

When road-test support is included in your package, you can request most alternative DriveTest centres. An additional fee is payable to the instructor for an alternative location. Ask DMA to confirm the location and fee before booking.

The FAQ gives a three-business-day refund window; the registration terms describe refunds at DMA’s discretion. Both source policies are retained here. Contact (647) 367-4848 for clarification before purchasing.
