Effective October 4, 2026. This notice describes the enquiry and registration-request features on this website. DMA’s existing school and registration policies are available on the school policies page.

Information you choose to send

The request form collects your name, email, phone number, course interest, optional message (required for general enquiries), and permission to contact you about your request. The system records the submission time, request reference and consent version. These details help DMA respond and arrange the next steps.

Do not include your driver’s licence number, date of birth, card information or other sensitive details in a message. This website does not need them to handle an enquiry.

Storage and access

Requests are stored using Cloudflare D1 and are available through a password-protected inbox for authorised school use. Cloudflare provides website hosting, storage and security services and processes data as part of operating them. Data may be processed outside Canada. No public list of submissions is available.

Spam prevention and security

Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to help prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare may process browser and network information for this check under its privacy policy. The website also stores short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit repeated requests. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the lead database. These abuse-control records expire after their rate-limit window and are removed during subsequent requests.

Existing registration and payment form

Full enrolment and payment continue through DMA’s existing Jotform registration form. When you follow that link, Jotform and the payment provider handle the information you enter there under their applicable policies. Card and licence information entered there is not copied into this website’s enquiry database.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not install advertising or analytics cookies. Security services may process information needed to protect forms. Contact permission on the request form is for that request; it does not subscribe you to marketing.

Questions, corrections and deletion requests

To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion of an enquiry, contact info@drivemasteracademy.com or (647) 367-4848. DMA may need to verify the request and consider any applicable record-keeping requirements.
